At Noctra, we’re committed to delivering premium quality jewelry directly to your door — safely, quickly, and with care. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.


🔹 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday). Custom orders or high-demand items may require additional time. If this occurs, we will notify you by email.


🔹 Shipping Time & Cost

United States

  • Standard Shipping (10–12 business days) – Free on all orders

  • Expedited Shipping (7–10 business days) – Additional cost displayed at checkout


🔹 Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.

If you did not receive tracking information, contact us at noctras@outlook.com.


🔹 Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance or inspections

If a package is severely delayed or lost, contact us and we will do our best to assist.


🔹 Wrong or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at noctras@outlook.com.

  • If the order has not shipped, we will update the address.

  • If the order has already shipped, we will work with the carrier but cannot guarantee recovery.


🔹 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Noctra is not liable for packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen:

  1. File a claim directly with the shipping provider.

  2. Email noctras@outlook.com with your order number and the claim information.

Replacements may be offered on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.


🔹 Preorders & Made-to-Order Items

Some jewelry may be produced made-to-order or in limited batches. If so, estimated shipping times will be clearly stated on the product page.

If your order contains preorder items, the order will ship only when all items are ready.
